Advisory Board

Fengate Capital has established a board of advisors that will oversee Fengate Capital’s management of its infrastructure fund. The board of advisors is comprised of individuals with extensive experience in the infrastructure sector.

David McFadden, Q.C.
Chair
Mr. McFadden is the Chair of the National Energy and Infrastructure Industry Group at Gowlings. Mr. McFadden is Chairman of PCI Geomatics Inc., a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of 407 International Inc., and Director of Collus Power Corp. Mr. McFadden previously served as Chair of the Board of the Detroit-Canada Tunnel Corporation.

Terry Cooke
Mr. Cooke is President of Cooke Capital Corporation, and a Director of Horizon Utilities, the Canadian Infrastructure Development Fund and the Canadian Urban Institute. Previously, Mr. Cooke was President and Chief Operating Officer of Fluke Transportation Group and Chairman of the Region of Hamilton-Wentworth.

Robert McLeese, C.A., M.B.A.
Mr. McLeese is President of Access Capital Corp and President and Chief Executive Office of American Consumer Industries Inc, which owns four and operates three solid fuelled power plants in the United States aggregating 171 MW of electrical generating Capacity. Mr. McLeese was formerly the President of the Independent Power Producers Society of Ontario and remains involved as Treasurer and Director.

Henry J. Pankratz, F.C.A., F.C.M.C., LL.D. (Hon.)
Mr. Pankratz is currently President of CavanCore Capital, and Director of Covington Capital Fund, Covington Strategic Capital Fund, and Atlantis Systems Corp.  Previously Mr. Pankratz spent 42 years with Ernst & Young, culminating in leadership roles as Chair, Management consulting and Deputy Chair of Ernst & Young Canada.

Dale E. Richmond, M.A., C.M.A.
Mr. Richmond is currently the President of the Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships.  Mr. Richmond is a Director of Standard Life Assurance Company, IBI Income Fund, the Greater Toronto Airport Authority, and Humber College, and is an Advisory Council Member for Telus.  Previously, Mr. Richmond was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS).
