Fengate Capital manages the LPF Infrastructure Fund that has been established to provide capital for the funding of infrastructure projects across Canada Recognizing the need for capital to fund the growing infrastructure deficit in Canada, Fengate Capital was an early entrant to the infrastructure finance market and, as a result, has developed extensive experience in directing investments in Canadian infrastructure assets.
Through its infrastructure fund, Fengate Capital aims to direct investments in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets which may include any of the following:
- Social infrastructure, including hospitals, schools, courthouses, and other accommodation facilities;
- Transportation infrastructure, including toll roads and bridges;
- Contracted power generation (including renewables) and transmission facilities;
- Water and wastewater distribution and treatment facilities.
