Fengate Capital Management Ltd. is an asset management firm specializing in investments in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. The firm currently manages a number of investment funds, with capital under management of approximately $400 million.
Fengate Capital is a member of the Fengate Group of Companies, which began operations in 1974 with the founding of Fengate Property Management. Over the years, Fengate’s operations expanded to encompass commercial and residential property management, commercial real estate development, and asset management.
With the founding of Fengate Capital in 1999 the firm demonstrated its commitment to providing investors with asset management services in the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
In 2008, Fengate Capital was selected as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies.
