Lou Serafini, Jr., M.B.A.
President
Mr. Serafini, Jr. is responsible for the strategic direction of Fengate Capital, as well as all aspects of the investment process including sourcing investment opportunities, arranging financing, project delivery, and the management of asset portfolios in both the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining Fengate, Mr. Serafini, Jr. was a senior banker with RBC, with a focus on corporate finance and commercial banking.

Marco Di Carlantonio, C.A.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Di Carlantonio is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing investment opportunities, arranging financing, project delivery, and the management of asset portfolios in both the infrastructure and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining Fengate Capital, Mr. Di Carlantonio was a partner with York Asset Management and a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche.

Lou Serafini, Sr.
Director
Mr. Serafini, Sr. is responsible for the sourcing and managing of transactions in the real estate sector. Mr. Serafini, Sr. has extensive experience in structuring and executing commercial real estate developments.
Mr. Serafini, Sr. founded the Fengate Group of Companies in 1974 with the establishment of Fengate Property Management, and oversaw the company’s growth into a leading asset manager in the real estate sector.

Vice President
Roger is responsible for the sourcing and execution of transactions in the real estate sector and for the asset management of existing real estate assets.
Roger joined the Fengate Group of Companies in 1993.

Paul is responsible for analyzing prospective investments, due diligence, and transaction execution in relation to investments in the infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining Fengate Capital, Paul worked in the corporate finance and securities law practice at Goodman and Carr LLP in Toronto.

Taylor is responsible for conducting market research, investment analyses in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining Fengate Capital, Taylor worked as an acquisitions analyst for a leading Canadian real estate investment trust and at a real estate valuation firm.

Guy is responsible for analyzing prospective investments and financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution is relation to investments in the infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining Fengate, Guy was a senior associate at KPMG in the valuation and public infrastructure finance groups.

Pranav Pandya, C.A.
Manager, Financial Reporting
Pranav is responsible for managing the financial reporting for all of Fengate’s investment funds, and for overseeing SPV services in relation to infrastructure investments.
Prior to joining Fengate Capital, Pranav was a senior accountant with KPMG in Toronto.
